I bet Dom could jump it.  The hardest part would be timing it right.  I have no idea how you would time jumping a car coming straight at you.

How do you think they went about filming the commerical?  I think there are two possibilities.

1) Kobe jumped nothing and they put a car in the video with a computer.

2) The car did drive by Kobe except it was behind him or in front of him.  Most likely behind him though or the car would be huge.

I was wondering that. While it is a great concept for a commerical how many people are going to try this and then sue when they get killed or seriously injured?

I guess they are off the hook though as Kobe says several times do not do this at home.
