Some of the heads were stolen?  I voted for Rosie O'Donnell who should be capable of causing outright panic for anyone seeing her.  Is there a support stick or something strong enough for that cut-out?

Quite frankly, I'm surprised the school hasn't been sued for this or at least a cease and desist from some of the celebrities.

If the ID is damaged it's $5. A 'lost' ID is $15. A little bit more of a deterrent.
