It's not even looking in hindsight to suggest Shaka should have found some more interior help heading into this season. Many were saying it here 11-12 months ago, and the lack thereof has played a big role in this team's struggles the past two months.

Not only did he not get one off, he didn't even look to. Passed up open 3s, never put it on the floor to attack, etc. Yesterday felt like a defining game for Gold and he failed pretty badly.

100%. I have StJ's vs FL in the E8. I went w/FL only because the SEC is soooo good I figured that would give FL the edge. If StJ's doesn't make the F4 this year, Pitino will bring in the missing links. They'll be stacked for the foreseeable future, imo.
