I'll be real interested in seeing if Willard replaces them with equal-quality players. Kinda doubt it.

I'm confident in saying that if Nigel had left, Shaka wouldn't have been able to replace him with an equal-quality PG.

A lot of these kids think that there is more money out there than there really is. They hear rumors of someone getting 4 or 5 million, rumors doesn't make it true, but it does maybe motivate someone to go looking.

What agent would tell a kid to pass up 3 mil if there were not better offers on the table. I am sure agents have their reputations to protect as well.

I think the problem is that money is there, but only for a small subset of players. You'll get a handful of $3M+ guys, maybe 20-30, but there will be 100-150 that think they are worth that amount.

I think Marquette will add a big and a guard and will stay with 2 from the portal. Late developer Kyle Evans and Nolan?
