That is a huge part of the problem. Even if we picked up a player or two in the portal, the roster is a recruiting miss. Way too many projects, the whole front court is a disaster. Looking like we need some major help.

This is great being the Ted Thompson led Packers of NCAA. Build from within, don't take people from other teams/ programs, refuse to do what literally everyone else is, relationships, culture, blah, blah, blah.  And history is clear how this worked for Ted.  He caught lightning in a bottle one year, otherwise season after season of disappointment and underachievement.
