I'm not so sure. Willie may resurrect Bricky since there is an avatar that he could use.

Quote from: The Hippie Satan of Hyperbole on November 13, 2024, 03:19:04 PMI didn't mean to imply that. Just that a guy coming here to portray Marquette's acceptance rate as "scary."

It's fine. Most schools don't really care that much about it any longer. And the only public universities that are generally doing well these days are the flagships. The regionals are facing many of the same enrollment and financial issues that a lot of private schools are facing.

Marquette is absolutely fine. Nice endowment. Strong reputation. Building enrollment on nursing, business, engineering, etc. is exactly where a school wants to be these days.

It saddens me that the cost of a Marquette education is in the stratosphere. There are many other institutions that offer degrees in nursing, business and engineering at a fraction of the cost and just as valued.

Are you aware that students have a choice if, and where, they attend college?

You should have given more to the endowment then

The quotes in there are incredible.
