I will put up more videos tomorrow but I thought I would fulfill some video requests first tonight.

Dom catches the Nova inbounds pass.

Hey!  How did you not show the end of the DJ play!  Didn't he stroke a 3 about 2 seconds later?

Not really sure what they're yelling about. Barro wasn't even in the game before that timeout...

TallTitan34

Cubillan isn't in the game either at that point.  I believe Ooze entered after  that timeout so it is possible Cubes was simply telling him (in an energenic way!) something  he caught from the bench.

Maybe he was telling Ooze about Burke's pick and roll that gave Dom the open shot prior to the timeout?

odd how lazar is standing way in the background.. doesn't seem to join the huddle when crean steps in and starts charting either.

In the newspaper Crean said he enjoyed that timeout.  I think that's why he waited to join the huddle and allowed the players to hold themselves accountable.  Great leadership by Cubes and Dom.

James wasn't in the game either.  So the 3 guys involved in the yelling match (after a 9-0 MU run I might add) none were in the game.  Maybe he was telling Barro to "stand up and scream".
By the way Jay Wright's expression after his team gave up an open look to Acker was PRICELESS.

TallTitan34

James was in the game.  He made the three prior to the timeout.

spiral97

that was acker that made the three
also on the floor:
hayward
burke
mcneal
matthews

so barro, dj, and cube were all out.

I love seeing players taking ownership of how they perform on the court.  It shows a lot of character to push your teammates and have them respond in a positive way.  Loved that last clip.

another good timeout watch is at the 8:52 of the 2nd.. lots of kudos being handed out too - much deserved.  good to see the team handing out respect too.
I liked that in the early part of the timeout one of the assistant coaches shows fitz how to take a charge.. (previous possession he stumbled backwards instead of falling - driving me nuts).

Good call.  I was watching the video in the back row of my philosophy class on my laptop.   :-\
