SHREVEPORT, La. – For the second time in a month, Shreveport dentist John Allen Russ, 37, has been arrested for domestic abuse and child endangerment.
His arrest Monday morning happened in Caddo District Court while Russ was attending a custody hearing with his first wife. The charges stem from an alleged beating of a former spouse in April 2023 in Bossier Parish that was reported to the sheriff's office in June.
