There are a lot of people in the public square whose ideas I disagree with. Some of them I even think are dangerous. The last thing I want, though, is that they be "cancelled" because of what I think. That's not the way it's supposed to work here.

In order to not be protected it must both call for immediate lawless action AND be likely to cause that action.

I live at about 9k ft.  Was replacing a 13 year old roof that looked like it was 30 years old.  I didn't want to replace a roof every 10 years.  Though my forthcoming solar panels (attached via clamps to my standing seam metal roof...) should produce enough electric to counteract a few of your wasteful lifestyles.
