Can get a nice apartment in Greenwich ,CT on the water front be a CT resident ( still high taxes but a little lower) . Have an easy commute to Knicks practice  facility and take Metro North  into the city for MSG games.

  why do you say this Billy?  I know oso is from Chandler which is south, southwest, but he could live in Tempe, Scottsdale or paradise valley and only be minutes away.  their training facility is on 44th and camelback road .  no need to get on the 101 which is notoriously crazy.  probably worse than the Dan Ryan up here
