Uncle Rico

Lot of people want Marquette to attack the portal.  Lots of players in the portal.  Time to tell us which portaler you think or want Shaka to target.

Let's discuss the prospects
Ramsey head thoroughly up his ass.

I'd like Northern Colorado F Saint Thomas.
Just to prove wrong all the Scoopers that said Saint Thomas had no chance to join the Big East.
Relationes Incrementum Victoria

Tough because you can take only one.

I guess my preferred order (without knowing who is interested or who Shaka is interested in) would be:
1A) Dre Davis
1B) Maxi Langenfeld
3) Jonas Aidoo
4A) Seth Trimble
4B) Oumar Ballo
6) Mark Armstrong
7) Leon Bond

Lol nice.

Not likely to happen, but Maxime Reynaud is the correct answer.
7-foot-1 who averaged nearly 10 boards per game, had a .622 TS% and shot 36% from three? Yeah, that would fit nicely.

Isn't this the guy that already withdrew his name from the portal and announced he's staying at Stanford?

I'll stick with my opinion on Gold.  He'll be in foul trouble within the first eight minutes.

Missed that.
Maybe Shaka can get him to change his mind.

A.J. Storr and/or Connor Essgian, and have Shaka turn them into All Big East players.

JakeBarnes

I'd go with Trimble. I think his defense is elite (eye test) and he is a good distributor that can shoot.

But it also turns out that I am not the staff nor do I know ball that much.
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

Big Papi

Bigs:

1. Omoruyi
2. Osobor

Guards:
3. Mack - Tyler direct replacement
4. Conwell
5. Carlyle

How about Rylan Griffen and Robbie Avila?

He is great offensively, but I don't think Avila fits our schemes defensively.  Generally slow with slow feet.  He is definitely worse defensively than Gold.  You couldn't do any switching with him on the court as he would have to defend with drop coverage, and he has no jumping ability.

Storr turned down 750k from Kansas

That was floated by a less-than-reliable source.

I have no idea if overall they are less than reliable, but I believe they got it right this time

I do know, Newsie is right on you knowing ball.

wow, mascot name is anteaters.  That has got to throw fear in ants.

Maybe Muggsy can provide some insight into anteaters.
