NIT final
« on: April 04, 2024, 07:32:03 PM »
Good, back and forth, game. Each time it looks like Seton Hall is pulling away, Indiana State makes a run. With just over 13 minutes remaining, Seton Hall leads 53-51.

Pretty cool for Danny Hurley if SH wins the NIT and UConn wins the NCAAs.

Thrilling finish. Seton Hall ends on a 9-0 run to win by 2.

Watched the last 6 minutes or so. Both teams were NCAA worthy for sure. Poor initial decision to shoot that three by the ISU player with 7 seconds on the clock.

Both of these teams belonged in the NCAA tournament.  What a great game!

Can’t say I watched a second of the NIT. The fact that it’s not even at the Garden for the Finals anymore says it all.

Great last 8 minutes or so of that game. Clutch plays by Hall to steal the W back after falling 7 behind late. Mind boggling quick shot attempt out of a timeout for Ind. St. Can't fathom what that guy was thinking. Great atmosphere in Hinkle with the big Indiana State crowd.

me too. Can’t believe Indiana St blew that 77-72 lead in all of, what, 20 seconds? 32win season got em stugots.

Woot!!  How many tournament credits did the Hall earn for the Big East?
