All these steals by MU, you can see the momentary hesitation by CU players while trying to find someone to pass to

Cream Biggums

Gotta give TyKo the ball back there with Lampkin on him way outside

I thought you were dead. Willie lives rent free in Reekers mind. Rick Pitino: "You can either complain or adapt."

NickelDimer

Very small gripe but that was a good use it or lose it timeout spot. Wasted that last possession
No Finish Line

ATL MU Warrior

20 more just like that please.

Strong half minus the turns.  Excellent half from Ross.  As SVG stated there is ZERO need to be "adventurous with" our passes.  0.0. Attack this fking team like a rabid 7 year old does with a Pinata.

This is and will be the best thing you've ever written in your life.

Let's keep the intensity. Never let them get comfortable in the 2nd half, and keep taking the opportunities they give us.

You know they are going to come out with a new play, and with energy. Punch them in the mouth right away, and take away their 2nd half plan.

Would have liked to see them get the ball in the post to Oso on that last possession. He had a foot height advantage on his defender.

I 100% would opt for a Kam bomb from 3 over any shot from Oso at this point.  He must just be physically gassed...which looking around at other games...I'm seeing a lot of bigs looking the same.  Dante from Oregon was gassed all game last night but did manage to make a big impact.  Kalkbrenner wasn't very active.

GoldenEagles03

This is where we should come out with all the energy.

11 point lead with a chance to grab total control.  Make them feel tired.

Finally found my seat, 1st half over. Need to get drunk. Dung dr. entertainment has been good.

With our penchant for halftime adjustments, I'm hoping we expand this lead early.

nyg

That was good stuff...

The turnovers not so, even for both teams.

Thought when up 12, with the ball to extend, then a turnover leading to a basket, then another turnover, leading to that three after Joplin didn't hold the rebound, was going to be the bad MU stuff.  But they held their own to keep lead in 7 to 10 range.  Joplin hit a huge three to up it from five. Huge. Great stuff.

Knock off turnovers, yes Stevie that cute behind back pass......
Like Shaka said have to be careful with trapping.  Colorado making passes, but missing open threes. Hope they continuing missing and no Kam third foul early.

Dan Bonner said it and he nailed the analysis.

Sadly, this is so very true.  ::)

We can attack the paint at will VBMG.  I would be drawing pictures of piñatas at halftime if I was Shaka, with mini blimp Lampkin's falling out of them and handing them to Oso.  LFG!!

GoldenEagles03

Even in the halftime studio they said, Colorado should feel ok because they are in striking distance and have a big advantage down low.

And that has absolutely been true on the court, but I think Oso is far more talented. Needs to make himself felt. I believe in him.

If Marquette controls its own possessions, this game is theirs even with some 3 pt regression on both sides

MUEng92

MU is going to need a replay of the start of the game coming out of halftime

Elonsmusk

Btw, props to David Joplin again today for great effort on defense.  His improvement has been really impressive.  He's largely been assigned to supposed NBA talent De Silva and has held up really well.
