Yep, the game at FiServ.

Curbelo turned the ball over like a gajillion times, back when everyone thought he would end up being very good....

I loved that game. Remember walking out and knowing that MU basketball was on the right path.

Markusquette

Some of you guys have quite impressive abilities to remember many of these games and specific moments.

Tyler's a special all-time great for MU already. Hopefully he will continue to be a good ambassador for the program and have professional success wherever that is. Let's get him back healthy for the big dance.

I have family from West Allis, and odds are quite good that Steve wrote that post while downing a few at the Happy Tap on Beloit.

Anyway I love the fact that these are his two posts in Scoop.

Good pizza there.

The Sultan

Darn right. If it was good enough for Dan Jansen, it's good enough for any Scooper.

Big fan of Happy, but have not been there since Covid. Was a meeting place over the holidays with a number of high school buddies. The pizza is very good.

I would rather have Lily from AT&T on Scoop, but hey! Whatever works for you pal.

I like Lily, but Jan from Toyota would be an even better choice.

Meh. They're all in on Flo from Progressive.

(Sidenote/brush with fame ... Dr. Rick from Progressive was a neighbor of mine growing up)

Remember when Lily was in a series of ads that ran during March Madness in which she explained basketball terms? Her description of flopping was hysterical. After explaining flopping in a very derisive tone and manner, she finished up with "unless your team does it" followed by a wave of the hand that conveyed "so what?".
