Don't have 5 in mind but the ones I remember that were memorable were

02-03 win at Louisville prior to our final four run. Cincinnati and Louisville owned is every year and it was amazing winning at Louisville who I believe was top 10 at the time.

2007 Marquette went into the zoo at Pitt who was also top 10 and won in overtime. Marquette never won at Pitt and we're up huge if I remember correctly. Those old big east games were just amazing to watch.

That L'Ville game was the first to come to my mind as well Howard.  I think we were down 19 in the 1st half and then Wade decided to go medieval in the 2H.  :)

@ west VA when buzz danced on the logo. That was high comedy seeing the post game interview

WV under Buzz is one of my favorite MU wins. I loved everything about that game.

I'd also add last year at Creighton. Karen's hating Shakas celebration was as sweet as the milkshakes.

2003 @ Louisville: Got revenge for the Reece Gaines home loss.

2007 @ Pitt: Gave up a double digit second half lead but salvaged a top-10 win in overtime.

2010 @ Cincy/St John's/UConn: We were Team Bubble Watch all year, but three straight road wins, all in overtime, was massive.

2013: @ St John's: Clinched a share of our first Big East title thanks to Vander Blue. The winning play would be repeated against Davidson 2 weeks later.

2022 @ Villanova: The Finn was such a house of horrors for us and it looked like Nova would get the win, but we rallied late and Justin hit the three to win out of a broken play. Haven't lost there since.

Loved that game as well. My user name is even inspired by it. Though I don't miss the drama of players being suspended randomly. I think we had 4 players serving some type of suspension that game.

Two underrated Deane ones.

1996:  Broke Memphis' 38 game home court winning streak in semi finals of CUSA tournament to give us or first ever conference tournament championship game appearance.

1997:  Beat #2 Iowa State at Hilton at a time when MU didn't beat top 5 teams on the road.

That was a great one.  If I recall Junior was suspended for the 1st half but had a massive 2nd half.

Well, they ended the '77 season winning four in a row, before losing after getting the bid, all on the road. Beat UW, VT and Creighton in that stretch. Lose one and likely do not make the tournament.

Yes.....Joe Chartouny's biggest contribution to MUBB was missing that layup to remove a precious 1.5 seconds off the clock.

Galway Eagle

While it was ultimately meaningless,  because lost to DePaul and blew even out NIT chances, the Henry Ellenson at #6 Providence was legit, as was Markus lighting them up for >50

From my years in school the Three Roads OT wins in 09-10 one of which was the Jimmy butler baseline buzzer beater @ SJU which he then repeated at UConn a few games later was insane.
Retire Terry Rand's jersey!

Buzz beating the Andre Drummond led Huskies in Hartford was pretty sweet.  We ran them out of the building.  Both Drummond and Calhoun had no interest in participating—the latter got thrown out  seemingly on purpose.

Beating eventual NCAA runner-up Memphis State on a George Frazier buzzer-beater in the 71-72 season. Emptied the dorms sending students running down Wisconsin Ave. in celebration.

In late-Feb 1980, my sophomore year, we won at Notre Dame, which was a top-10 team with Tripucka that season. Sam Worthen had a great game with something like 30 points, and Oliver Lee was great, too. That victory, coupled with a win over Duke a couple weeks earlier, got us into the NCAA tourney.

We beat ND on the road again two years later. (Between those two years, we beat them at home in 1981 on Rivers' game-winning heave.)

The 2019 win at Creighton was one of the craziest comebacks anyone who saw it has ever witnessed. It was just about impossible for Marquette to win that game, but we somehow did.

Agree with those who mentioned the 2012 win at West Virginia under Buzz. That was a fun game and a great atmosphere.

Also agree with brewski about the road wins in 2010 and, of course, Vander's winning Big East title-winning drive at St. John's in 2013.

Though they were before my time following MU, I'm sure the Al years will filled with incredible, important road wins.

At all three of those games. Sat in ND big wig seats at the AC&C for the two in SB.  Yes, we were obnoxious.

ND sucks.

1971 I took a bus to NYC to see undefeated and #2 Marquette defeat #8 Fordham (coached by Digger Phelps) in OT at MSG.
