I don't think Pitino's necessarily a pervert for the affair and public encounter. I'm sure if you anonymously polled your friends most would have probably had some public or semi public transgression at some point or another in their youth and just didn't get caught.

That said, I do think it could be argued that running a program which hires a prostitute for the team, a 17yr old recruit... and his dad. Is a bit perverted

gonna be a tough game at the ga den...johnnies coming off a thumping from the pirates.


if we play as we did to open the season, no worries...BUT, they need to get their confidence back and play like this is the opening game to the BE tourny.  if it makes anyone feel any better, every team that has been in the top 20 have had their hinders torched, some a few more than others. 

now is the time to show we are turning this ship around toward march.  we've had plenty of time between games to do that.  time to earn your NIL

Not really, actually it comes from a complete Marquette education. In my Theology in America class, one of the overriding themes of the class was how puritanical judgment going back to the arrival of the pilgrims shaped not just religion in America but our entire culture, and how it led America to be a far more Christian conservative nation than Europe, which at the same time was largely moving away from puritanical beliefs because all their puritans came here.

If it's arrogance, it's only the arrogance of having paid attention while at Marquette.
