A personal memo to the Stillwater, OK police:  Find the scumbags responsible for this egregious act. ASAP.  Imprison them for life, not a few years.  This is repulsive and totally unacceptable. In fact dissolve that Fraternity.  Those that commit crimes this heinous should suffer excruciating pain imo.  Inexcusable .

Good thing Mussy has nothing to do with the Justice System.....  Longhorn died from disease and wasn't subject to an egregious act by the fraternity. 

If the animal was maltreated causing it's death, then dumped, by all means find those responsible and prosecute them.

I think this needs to be thoroughly investigated lurch.  Regardless, we must respect our great mammals both on land and sea.
