Giving up 80 to Tennessee at home is an eye-opener for me.  Vols are a good team that typically plays slower tempo.  Game was a 71-possession game at Troll and looking at the highlights, sure seemed like they didn't have any issues getting to the rim and had a lot of good looks against Madison.

Think they'll have nights where baskets fall and they blow some teams out but competent defensive teams like Tennessee will make them look ugly on offense

Common logic says yes, but Barnes is the type of coach that may cap playing time to a guy who doesn't give it on d. Not saying I expect that from Dalton but it's on the table if he doesn't perform on both ends.

Interesting. NIU looked good to me. Kept expecting them to fade and they didn't. Hope they keep winning. My mother's alma mater.

For betting purposes, WCU really looked good yesterday against a probably really bad Irish team. But something to look out for if their future lines look good.
