Well, this one is something else!!!

Geraldo Rivera should broadcast a two-hour special and dig up that spot live on the air. He could call it, "The Mystery of Jimmy Hoffa's Tomb" or something catchy like that. Then, he can take whatever he finds and display it with the stuff he found in Al Capone's vault.

Didn't Hilary have him killed?

Naah, Hillary was still in law school. Must have been a Kennedy!

Well, Hoffa was a mob associate and the mob killed JFK, so makes sense

I don't claim to be an expert in hiding and/or moving bodies, but it seems really strange to me that the claim is that they moved Hoffa to the infield of County Stadium in 1995. It sure seems like moving/hiding a body in a very public place is probably not the best way to go. When it's alleged bodies are in public places, it's usually claimed that they were disposed of during construction so that they'd be buried and not discovered. But it would take a fair amount of moxie to dig a hole in the middle of the infield of a MLB stadium in 1995 to stash a body.

Suffice it to say I'm skeptical.

There are so many stories about how Hoffa's body was disposed of. The most plausible one to me is that he was told that the meeting had been moved to the home of one of the local mafiosi, where he was shot from behind soon after entering the house. The body was supposedly taken to a "mafia friendly" funeral home with a crematory and Hoffa was turned into a pile of ashes, with the records showing that the body of an elderly woman was cremated. No record of a woman by that name could be found anywhere.

This was something I saw some years ago on TV, and supposedly it was from the deathbed confession of one of the perpetrators.  ::)  Possible? Sure. True? Who knows. But I would take it over the baseball field story any day if I had to choose between the two.

I guess you could say that Hoffa and the mob got into a dustup.
