You'd think the NCAA would eventually realize that over-zealous enforcement would not be the way to go here, but no...

"In addition to this, if materials requested to be produced by legal counsel, agents, or boosters during an investigation are not produced, the enforcement staff can infer that the materials would support an alleged violation.

Same goes for refusing to participate in interviews."

"ICYMI: New NCAA Bylaw 19 allows COI to immediately punish a school or coach with no right to appeal in ANY infractions case if their  lawyer declines to let the enforcement staff rummage through the lawyer’s confidential emails, text messages, or phone records. Not kidding. 🤦🏻‍♂️"
