I think it is great idea and I hope they fill the joint up on Wednesday night. If I was not such a weak person, I would be there cheering on the past and current players. Hopefully the students will be there in full force.

Sadly true. Nice to see them pushing something out, but the prices in the resale market are lower than the prices they are offering. Though to their credit, for the first time ever I saw Marquette digital ads show up in my browser, so they are recognizing the need to reach out beyond a single tweet without a working link.

Doing what? I'm guessing the celebration of the 2003 Final Four team. It was a date that works for most, especially Wade.

I get that. But there has to be some type of decline in viewership for a late game. A 9pm start for the away team fans can't possibly be the smart tv decision.

Well, I'm glad FS1/BTN has moved to the 5:30/7:30 style doubleheader.

Networks like ESPN has been doing the 6/8pm doubleheader forever now. Those ACC teams plays tons on 9pm ET games. Including Duke/UNC.

Heck, remember the old Monday Night Football days on ABC. That was a 9pm start. Maybe lifestyle in time is different on the eastern time zone.
