Seems like the US picks are gonna be:

JT
Morikawa
Cantlay
Griffin
Burns
Keegan

I think I'd prefer Cam Young over Keegan but the Captain has earned the right to pick himself. It'll be interesting how much and when he plays. He'll probably have to go first in singles to try and set the tone and then be on the mic the rest of the day

I think Young is in over Griffin or Burns

I think Keegan needs to bow out of playing. If he harbored hopes of playing on the team, he should have declined the captaincy. I also don't think it likely to have an impact on the ultimate result of the competition. These guys are all real good.

I thought I saw Burns already was told he was in. Maybe a spam post on Reddit I guess.

Bradley does not pick himself (right choice, regardless of result) and Young, Burns and Griffin make the team.

Love how things are shaping up for my boys on Team 🇪🇺

My partners would be:

Scottie/Russ
Xander/Cantlay
Burns/Morikawa
Bryson/Spaun
JT/Harris English
Young/Griffin

I really like this US team. Even though they're underdogs, I think they win

Hope not

Also, it'll be:

Scottie/Sam
Bryson/JT
Team Douchebag

And then mix and match Cam, JJ, Ben, Harris, Collin, Russ

Betting Henley and English get paired.

Gosh, maybe Keegan will get a captain who likes him in 2 years.

I am glad he didn't pick himself. It sounds like the analytics for Europe played a big role in Rome and not sure how a captain could prepare to play and fully commit to the captain role.

Something new to me today.  Walking 18 on a course I have played countless times.  They insisted on having my ID and giving me some kind of geo-tag to attach to my golf bag to track my walking pace.

Is this common and the courses around here are just late to the party?

3:10 for two of us, by the way.  Just beat the squall line.

I've never heard of that. Maybe you are a security threat.

Sand Valley does this or has done this.

What course? Are they tracking the carts too?

I have never experienced this.

Lots of people don't realize that walking is fast, especially for golfers that hit it fairly straight. Each of the twosome can walk directly to his or her shot and hit when the coast is clear. No need to wait for the partner to pull up in the cart.

Plus it's good exercise.

I usually play better when I walk.

Carts suck. The game would be significantly better without them.

Whenever possible.
