Figured I'd get this started as I think there will be a ton of MU fans in South Bend this weekend.

We will be there in section 3, row 13. We will also be attending the Alumni Reception event.

If anyone has any recommendations for food/drink in the area let me know. We are planning to get there Saturday afternoon.

nycwarrior

Yup. Me + 4. "LA - Section 9" - not sure what LA means.

Is it right to teach a 10 and 14-year-old the "I'd rather be an pretty boy than go to Notre Dame" song?

I've got 10 tickets.  All MU alums or future MU alums.

Section 103.

Try Corndance on Grape Road.

One of the few Barnany's pizza left is on Grape and Edison....good if you got kids.

Lots of newer places in Granger too. Dean's Bbq

If you get out to the west side, grab some polish sausage (with garlic) from Eby's market. To die for. Slap some Stanz's belgian mustard on it, and you can cross off the eighth wonder of the world.   Pro tip, do not over cook. Light brown...DONE!

T.V. Diener 34

Me +2.  Section 102 Row 15

Galway Eagle

I'll be there with some friends. Don't remember my section stuff but I'll probably be the hungover and/or drunk one.

Don't go to the Irish pub across the street from campus, it's crappy. Notre dames hurling team hosted us there after a scrimmage last year and it was god awful.
Retire Terry Rand's jersey!

This is great. Thanks a ton! No kids for this one, which is a treat for us. Usually we bring the 5,3 and 1 year old to all of the away game/holiday tournaments with us haha.

MurphysTillClose

Will be there with my Dad - an ND grad - so really need a W or I won't hear the end of it until they play in MKE next year.

Seats are in Section 8.

If looking for some options pregame within walking distance of the Joyce Center:
1) Two bars down Eddy Street as mentioned: Brothers Bar and Grill; O'Rourkes
2) There's also an Irish pub in the Morris Inn on campus called Rohr's (better than O'Rourkes but will be filled with ND sweater vests)
3) There's another bar/restaurant located in the ND Stadium lots called Legend's - more lowkey on non football weekends and should be open Sunday

Haven't been to a hoops game at ND since MU/ND February 2012, only football. That being said, ND fans will not be out and about pregaming for this like they would a normal football weekend, so I can't imagine any of the options mentioned in this thread as being too crowded on a Sunday afternoon.

Careful, we know RC83 is a closeted ND lover it could be a trap.
Goal is National Championship

Can't believe we're living in the land of F 452/1984/Animal Farm/Brave New World/Handmaid's Tale. When travel to Mars begins, expect Starship Troopers

Dunks is an expert on places in Arizona.  You should "consult" with him.

GoldenEagles03

Notre Dame as of today is a Quad 3 Win/Loss even on the road as they sit at 140 in the NET.

We can argue about must wins this early in the season, but they might as well treat it as one.  Huge game, particularly for the Golden Eagles.
VIOLENCE!

TAMU, Knower of Ball

My guess is that the team treats every game like a must win.

Their NET today doesn't matter. This game projects as a Q2 game
