There were two plays tonight that I would put on a loop if I was Shaka. A drive by Ross and a drive by Kolek.  They planted both feet, were under control, shot faked, and converted.  We miss too many chippies because we rush them, are not balanced, and don't read the interior defenders.

Someone mentioned it earlier.  He’s a doppelgänger of Donna’s dad on That 70’s Show
My daughter said the same thing!

put Kevin McHale and Kevin Garnett highlights on a loop and give to Oso. If Oso had a 12-15’ face-up jumper he’d be an unstoppable beast.

I agree on your thoughts on Oso. Many on here gave up on him last season and it is amazing the change of heart. He has a chance to be a very, very good player moving forward. IMO, if Omax can become more consistent offensively it is going to Oso even better.

It feels like Omax needs to slow things down a bit on the offensive end. If feels like he’s rushed.

agreed. If Omax can let the game come to him, he’ll be a matchup migraine. Against an opponent like WI, his athleticism can dominate. But if unsettled and out of sorts, he’ll be a non-factor. For MU to win that game, we’ll need the settled Omax. And as Goose points out, will benefit Oso.

Yes.  Too often he goes stone straight line-lay-up off of one foot.  Plant, gather, use the shot fake and pivot foot, and throw the ball down with power through contact.

Spot-on.  Stevie can play too quick as well.

I foresee Oso with the potential to put up about 14 and 8 by next season. Assuming he gets opportunities.  I would like to see him get more touches in our offense right now and from various spots.
