I generally buy 5-10 new MU shirts/swears/fleeces/etc per year.  I noticed that the MU Spirit Shop is pretty depleted and the variety is lacking. I'm fortunate I wear a small but I do like my hoodies and fleeces in a medium.  Anyway, are there auxiliary options?  Is this a supply chain issue?  What's the inventory on campus?  Ty.

Anybody have an answer for Muggsy? I get to campus about once a year and the pickings are always slim. Why ?

Pure speculation, but the on-campus one may be a bit depleted due to new students and families getting to campus recently. Supply Chain issues probably don’t help either.

I think the online Spirirt Shop is operated separately from the on-campus one. There might be other issues going on there.

They might also be transitioning to the new batch of Basketball gear that may not be in until closer to the season.

Honestly, it seems to be related to the other complaints about poor marketing. (Marquetting?)

Was this really MU's logo in the 60's?

I was going to say they tried it in Oz, but OK.

I made a quilt out of a lot of my tees.

Historically, I have gotten 4-5 a year just by attending basketball games, Marquette Madness, etc.
That is pretty cool.  Could you take a pic of the quilt?
My wife makes quilts, would love to see her eyes roll upon seeing the MU quilt.

This was fairly common in my HOG chapter, many make quilts from all their HD T-shirts.

I don't have it where I am now.  I didn't actually make it myself; I had it made by projectrepat.com

It was basically a Marquette version of this:

And Emperor Hirohito.

Anyway, if diminutive/vertically challenged people do take over, what will be their agenda Muggsy?

Shorter beds, less legroom in planes for more rows of seats, outlawing height restrictions at amusement parks...

We will never truly be free until our diminutive citizens are treated fairly Scoop Snoop.   :)

My first edict would be a mighty-mites professional hoops league for those 5'6 and under and 8 1/2 foot rims.  :)

I have always felt those signs at amusement parks were beyond belittling.  There was also a time when there was a suit store in the Chicago area called Wallaby Station and then Napoleon's Tailor.  Totally inexcusable.

It is indeed inexcusable.  In reality, Napoleon was average height for men of his era.

Too difficult to start up a new league Muggs. Let's lower the rim as you suggested and expand the goal tending rules to include any hands above the rim-no dunks, tip ins, or blocks and rebounds above the rim. The diminutive people will absolutely love the new rules.

Then, moving on to vehicles: mandate steeply sloped hoods, adjustable pedal extensions, and higher seat elevation settings.

Edicts in home construction and furnishings could include lower riser height for stairs, lower kitchen counter height, and at least 2 rungs on the legs of barstools for climbing up on them.

Give me time to come up with some other ideas and I will get back to you shorty shortly.

That is accurate and a fair point.
