4 white law enforcement shot by a black guy who was wanted on an illegal weapons charge.

gee, the anti gun people should have had him in prison for a long time for that charge alone-what was he doing free to begin with

You actually touch on what is going to be an interesting legal and philosophical
argument going forward.   Can felons own guns?  Because a couple thousand gun lovers have felony convictions now.    In the recently mentioned cases,  Charlotte and Elkhorn, felons who had served their sentences returned to society and illegally obtained guns with tragic consequences.
Should the convicted felons of January 6 be allowed to own weapons?   Before you answer, should the recent Israel/Palestine protesters who will be convicted of felonies related to destruction of property and assault be forever banned from firearm ownership?
I am in the camp of a blanket ban.

Just FYI, it's highly unlikely campus protestors are going to be charged, much less convicted, with felonies. So far, the ones actually charged are facing misdemeanor trespassing.

As for felons with guns, some lower court nuts have ruled such prohibitions are unconstitutional, but it seems unlikely the Supreme Court will agree. Even Alito has spoken out in favor of such bans.
However, based on some recent comments, Alito and Thomas seem OK with domestic abusers having guns, so long as they haven't yet been convicted of a felony.
Cause, you know, women's health no matta.

If they assaulted officers, physically, beating them with objects, spraying them with pepper spray and the ilk, give them felonies.

the Elkhorn dude was freed early by big tony evers.  anyone responsible for freeing anyone from a sentence early or paroling or letting them bail out should be held responsible for that person going out and killing someone.

if a doctor causes harm on a patient, they are held responsible and rightly so.  so should judges and anyone else associated with releasing a felon.

You didn't answer the question. What does race have to do with that situation at all? If all lives matter, who cares what color skin the police officers had? Live what you preach my man.

whatever dude, but one of your boys paroled him in 2020

hey, at least he appeared to behave himself for a few years anyway

Those who attend roQQet's victimhood workshop learn that white folks haven't been able to catch a break in America for hundreds of years now. Black people even got to benefit from all the skills they learned as slaves!

for you folk hiding behind the sanctimonious BLM charade, yes, ALL lives matter, even the white law enforcement ones.

nice try working your weak attempt to to justify your racism though

this case just happened to involve the opposite of what you and your racists need to see in order to fleece more money out of others and then...buy mansions and stuff for those in charge.  the masses of those who supported them and "peacefully rioted" got jack chit-classic

oh, btw, for those of you from Rio Linda, the 4  murdered law enforcement were white whom you wanted eradicated.

Still didn't answer the question.

Yes. I am the racist, you're just the guy who has to bring up the race of shooters and police officers and then dodge the question as to why you brought that up when it had absolutely no relevance to the topic.

Got it.

By the way, white people who want black people to have equal rights are racist is one of your more interesting takes. And there are a lot of them!

***Capitol Police excluded. They deserved the beating they took for hours, at the behest of the then-president, for getting in the way of patriots' attempts to hang the then-vice president.

'Hang Mike Pence' was a rhetorical flourish.   The gallows were simply emphasis.   The VP was never in any real danger.  And verbal threats are just part of the protest.

I remember when I went to the Holocaust Museum with my 79-year-old dad (who was dying of cancer) and about a half-dozen other family members back in 1998. After spending several hours at the museum and seeing a few other D.C. sites, we beat some Capitol Police with tire irons and sprayed them with mace because, hey, that's what peaceful tourists do. It was especially fun when my dad smacked a cop in the head with his walker. Truly a heroic patriot.

That's what your latest hero, Kristi Noem, did when she "stared down" Kim Jung Un.

"I remember when I met with the North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un," she writes. "I'm sure he underestimated me, having no clue about my experience staring down little tyrants (I'd been a children's pastor after all)."

So what if she never actually met the guy? Facts no matta!

I'm not sure what you're doing is pushing back.  There needs to be a substantive argument supporting what you say instead of just repeating slogans and platitudes.

Yeah, instead shooting Kim and re-homing the puppy, she shot the puppy and lied about Kim. I mean, who among us hasn't made similar mistakes?

Meanwhile ... in crime closer to Marquette ... the Mt. Horeb shooter was a 14-year-old kid. Gunz 4 Everybody!
