That's great.  I'm speaking from an MU perspective so I will amend my comments.  He blows as a head coach.

So basically in the 25 years he was involved with college basketball he wasn't "on a BB court in March" for like 7 of them. Not sure that qualifies as "where he usually is" in March.

I am just trilled that everything worked as planned yesterday.
We got the win.
We got the bye.
We dont play Georgetown.
We get to play Creighton, not UCONN.
We are on the PC side of the bracket, not the Nova/UCONN side.
All great developments.

I understand we are 0-2 v. Creighton this year. Good chances to be 2-0....but credit to CU for those wins. I think Mac is a fabulous coach. They have a lot of nice pieces. However, they don't  scare me. We will need good Osa/Kur on kalbrenner.
But, i think this game is more about us. Rebounds and turnovers.

Nice summary and with the emphasis on the "good stuff". I like our chances vs. Creighton. Going not just 2-0 but 3-0 to win it all is a real possibility, especially if UCONN gets knocked out.

I'm very impressed by Kalkbrenner, especially on defense. He's built like our bigs but plays a much smarter and better positional defense. And he has better hands.
