I’d rather re watch the last five seconds of both creighton games on a loop than watch that show.

Does he discuss:

1. Shooting background difficulties
2. Impossibility to win on Senior day (except for Marquette)
3. How hard it is to beat a team 3 times in a row (what if the 3rd time is on your senior day?)
4. Proper use of the … ellipse?
5. A bird farts in South Africa and it’s effect on the most recent NFL mock draft?

They had Ben Steele on. Dodds first question to Ben was what does he think of the new big east when the private schools and butler broke away.

Are you serious?  A nine year old question?  Hard hitting.

I think he needs meds. I have never cared for him and the secret handshake of the Tosa people. Did he wear his yellow vest?  He’s daft.

Thanks. I'll add it to my library on YTTV.

Put it on and couldn't look away.  Steele was good, Miller was ok.  The rest was so painful I couldn't look away, but I have no desire to return.

I have never met nor seen Dodds, but I always pictured someone considerably younger, maybe 50-ish. From the video, I'm guessing late 60s?

My dad is 86 and is much more aware and with it than Dodds.

Did he point out that the entire problem with society is that taxes are too high?

He's a diehard Marquette fan.
Also at least a different outlet when MUSpoop gets too caustic and toxic.

Yep.  He has had a love affair with MU basketball for over 50 years. His style, his moderator philosophy irks you?  OK.   We are mocking a television program about MU basketball that would not exist without his eternal devotion to MU hoops.   Let Dodds be Dodds.

I’m waiting for the discussion about beating a team 3 times in a year if MU has  to face Creighton in their first BET game, which is very possible unless MU’s late season slide drops them further down than 5th place.

His “logic” is that the team that lost the first two games is more “jacked” and makes adjustments to overcome the first two losses, as if the team that won the games can’t make its own adjustments. And since those third games are almost always in conference or NCAA tournaments I would think both teams have motivation.

I hope MU doesn’t have to wait until after a second loss to Butler to get pumped and make adjustments to avoid s repeat of the fiasco in the first game.

I appreciate that Dodds is a Marquette basketball fan. Pipines too. Will I watch? No. Life is short. Those 30 minutes are 30 minutes better spent elsewhere…mixing paint, for example.
Moron? Maybe. Dork? Possibly. Lost? Definitely.

Yes, that show would not exist without Dodds’ initiative.

It is actually a paid infomercial sponsored by some dental clinic, presumably made up of one or more MU grads.

It appeared on Channel 24 right after an infomercial for some special upright vacuum cleaner.
