Let's go now!  I fully expect a solid W today.

PGsHeroes32

Butler can play some D.

Hoping we really bring it today though and hit shots early and often. Would like to not have to sweat it.

But this is no gimme

Daniel

Start off strong inside, rebound and defend!  Go Marquette!!

Fred Garvin

Badgers lose, and the great Porter goes down!! Oh will no longer be ripe today!! Go Warriors!!

PGsHeroes32

Daryl on that first shot has to look to use his size and strength to muscle the pull up.

Not do some weird fading floater.

Offense not attacking yet

Ah yes, the opponent getting an offensive rebound 8 feet away from the basket.  My favorite play to watch

MuggsyB

No excuse for not getting those long rebs.

No excuse for not getting those long rebs.

The first one on that long possession that Harris got wasnt much we could do. That was the nature of our defense and close outs. Ball went directly to him.

When Butler is shooting bricks that are firing all the way back to the elbow, yeah we arent gonna get every defensive rebound

Afroman

Can't any player jump and grab a rebound? Why does it seem like half of their rebounds are loose balls on the floor?

MuggsyB

What??  But JLew needs to recognize the double quicker and move the basketball.

PGsHeroes32

Justin has to stop with the elbow hook.

And we need to look alive on offense

MU just gets outhustled on the rebounds

When Bryce Nze was a senior in high school, we were short guys for our old man Wednesday night pickup games at a local middle school.  The son of one of our guys brought a bunch of his friends to play with us, including Bryce.  Great kid.  Plus he was on the receiving end of the only pass I ever made that ended in a dunk.

No Finish Line

MuggsyB

We look catatonic out there in all facets of the game.  An extremely disappointing and anemic start.  Mistakes and mental breakdowns.

Daniel

Poor shot selection, poor rebounding.   Not good.  Need to settle down on both ends.  Let's Go Marquette!

Afroman

The rebounding is simply maddening.

Johnny B

picked butler in this one cuz we havent had a bad loss in forever. that being said butler freaking sucks and it would hyrt to loose

PGsHeroes32

They wont miss from 3 and we cant grab a rebound when they do miss.

Gonna get boat raced if it doesnt shift fast.
