For official NCAA stats, it's 2.5 makes per game. Greg has way too much lost time to make up for, so I doubt he'll qualify at any point this season.

Is that 2.5 makes per game you play, or that the team plays? He's at 1.7 per game. Doable .

He qualifies per ESPN's stats page, which is all that matters

FYI---I have dogged Greg for the decade he has been here and this year I have I have been kind in comparison to past years.

I always smile when Greg comes into the game because I love his attitude, energy and team spirit - and he can shoot the 3- ball like no one else on our team.   So, whenever he comes onto to the floorI'm smiling and rooting for him because I know something good will happen because he will make it happen....like I felt watching the old James Bond movies whenever Desmond Llewelyn came on screen!

That's a good question, lawdog. I'm not sure. Logically it would be for each game the individual plays, but these things aren't always logical.

Nice to see Greg in the top 10 of ESPN's stats. To qualify for those, "a player must be on pace to play in 75% of team games and average more than 2 three point attempts per game." That's a much lower bar.

I have always been bullish on Greg. He showed his ability in freshman year when he had a very good game in the road against a Villanova team with some incredible talent .

He has always had a great team first attitude . Greg has battled injuries for a long time. Now that he is healthy we can see the true value he brings to the squad.

I hope he gets Big East Sixth Man if the Year

I am wrong, Greg has proven to be a very good three-point threat. In addition, I am hoping I am wrong for two more months. More importantly, I am extremely happy that I am wrong.
