We let an opportunity to have a sizable lead slip away.  Because the truth is we basically got practice shots.

Marquette drives to the hoop seem hopeless and often wind up an easy 2 at the other end.

Regardless if they were up 10 or down 2 at the half, you need a really strong second half to win anyway. Hope they pull through.

We really need to get out of the gates to begin the 2nd half.  Gotta play from ahead and avoid the cheap fouls.

MU will have problems winning this game and others if they continue to let the other team have layups in transition defense when they press.  It has become a pattern and in first half, X had many layups. 

If MU cleaned up around the basket, it would be a significant difference.
Prosper missed a dunk, Kuarth missed a lob dunk, Elliott threw a lob dunk pass to Kuarth two feet over his head, Elliott missed a two footer as did Kolek and Morsell.   

Just thank X for missing their free throws at this point.  I predict a barrage of MU three point attempts coming in second half.

I don't understand why, in the last 2 min. When they were struggling against the zone, Shaka didn't use a TO. God, was that 2 straight possessions with a clock violation?

Does he have to give him a step or two when landing? That's the only reason I could see the block being called.
