Only slightly. They share that Brooklyn accent, Al was certainly willing to use cliches to hype up plays and players. But, Al had real stories, and could make sense much longer than Gillen's 5 seconds.

And, I liked Al as a color guy. Gillen, not too much.

We love to play a fast pace but shooting threes which for the most part we're missing with 25 seconds left in clock is crazy.   Take it to the rim.   Not drawing many fouls.
