On the bright side, Pat Driscoll probably can’t make the trip from Connecticut to Milwaukee in 5 minutes so that’s good

Standing around on defensive rebounds apparently lead to offensive rebounds for the opponent.  Who’d a thunk that?

Yeah, I saw us as -20 earlier on FS1 bottom bar.  That seemed too much.  Though they are missing their most prolific scorer? Best player?  not certain..

16 mins of complete garbage on both ends of the floor and by all metrics.  There's no other way to see it.  We better figure it out.  Zero and Zero for our starting backcourt.  Cannot happen.

Also hasn’t been asked be as aggressive in these last two. Shaka is clearly trying to let the younger guys initiate to build confidence. For better or for worst. I’d be shocked if he wasn’t more ball dominant on Saturday.

Really tough look for Shaka and this team. It's not shots not dropping for us. Its the atrocious defense and rebounding, mostly just because of lack of hustle thats killing us. Thought we moved past that Wojo bullcrap. Lets hope we continue to be a second half team

He really hasn't been on the court with the young guys.

He hasn’t been on the court much at all.

I don’t expect him to shoot very well the rest of the year but I do expect him to put up shots since he’s one of the few guys we have that can create his own. He hasn’t been aggressive at all the past two games which is the complete opposite of the first six. Has completely abandoned the mid range pull up.

Press does nothing but give teams the opportunity for easy layups or three point shots, Al would press at certain moments, that turned games around, this press, not much.  Offensively, Kolek has been horrible, looks like a different player as does Morsell.  OSA really improved, playing 11 guys might not be the answer.

Don't think Al ever set foot in Brooklyn.

Ha. Fair enough. Me, with my Boston bias, believes there is no difference between Brooklyn and Queens accents.

Kolek is wildly out of control tonight

Can’t have that Saturday

Mitchell as well. Hopefully we see better PG play on Saturday. Honestly have liked what I've seen out of EE tonight (mixed bag, but some nice flashes on both ends).

Halftime grades?

Offense:  F

Defense:  F

Rebounding:  F

Energy:  F

Poise:  F

Intangibles:  F

I may throw down a beer.
Had two before half. None in the second. Maybe a celebratory one at the end.

Think of the difference between Archie Bunker and Ed Norton.

Kinda made me feel like I was watching a Wojo team tonight—butterfingers, turnovers, missed rebounds. BUT…it is nice to play so poorly and be up 30.

Think of the difference between Archie Bunker and Ed Norton.

Fortunately, I'm old enough to know of those two. Good example.

The skill level between walk-ons and scholarship players is huge...almost embarrassing sometimes.

I love to see them out there doing what I could only dream of doing!

Go MU!

Apologies to George Thompson- imagine Al made a few trips to Brooklyn to recruit him.
