The only travel restrictions in Maui are be vaccinated, or provide a negative covid test before entry.  This sounds like a copout - as all hoops programs should already be doing those things.

I think if MU was playing there this year and we had flights/hotels booked, we'd go there anyway and watch the tournament on TV. I don't think Mrs. 82 would have loved hearing, "We're not going to Maui next month. We're going to Vegas instead."

Here's hoping that the pandemic is over by 2023, because we're planning to go.

We had some business operations in Hawaii . One of the things we learned was that Native Hawaiians absolutely love to go to Las Vegas for vacation. So strangely enough, the Maui Classic may draw fans from vacationing Hawaiians.
