I hope he does to our opponents' star players what he did to Markus- shut 'em down. Morsell will give our freshman a taste of solid college level defense during practice and help get them ready for facing strong defenders this season.   

I hope he does more to the opponents' star players than let them lead the nation in scoring, as those who "shut down" Markus did.

Otherwise, sure, I hope Morsell locks down the opponent's top gun, contributes on the offensive end for us, and leads a young team that will be growing on the fly next season.

For context, Howard scored in double figures in 28/29 games he played as a senior. The only exception was when he went 1/12 from the field and only was held to 6 points in the Orlando Invitational Championship Game.

In the game Morsell held Markus to 6, he also scored 17 with 10 rebounds on a monstrous 139 adjusted offensive efficiency. If he plays as well for Marquette as he did against Marquette, look out.
