I'm glad I didn't see that mug.  I'm not exactly a fan of "nonchalance" during the course of any MU hoops situation.  Doesn't matter the score or opponent.  I go from relatively calm to seething frustration.  If we could simply relentlessly attack, minimize the dumpster fire turns, and shred the nets consistently from distance, people might actually find my words paciifistic and reasonable.
So an almost perfect game, reasonable.

Muggsy - have you considered switching your allegiance to the Harlem Globetrotters?

I don't think I wrote anything remotely controversial, nor did I insinuate  that I expected perfection.  It's important to remember we should always be in attack mode and have the mindset of rejecting mediocrity.

Unfortunately many Wojo-Dukiet slurpers on this board did not share your mindset of rejecting mediocrity.

Yes, the TBT team has been the very definition of mediocrity.  How anyone can watch them without pointing that out is beyond me.  It CHAPS me how this board accepts such a team.  Chap-wo-man needs to go

You stop. There were plenty of Wojo-Dukiet slurpers defending him all along. Read the board.

Vander had been out of basketball since December 2019 , when he got laid off by the Santa Cruz Warriors g league . His mom died as well which was tough on him . So he had some rust coming into the TBT . He has been slowing getting back in form. Had a nice 5 minute run last game where he contributed  8 points . I think we will see even more today and a lot of hustle from Vander
Winning is overrated. The only time it is really important is in surgery and war.

Excellent offensive quarter.  Need to do a bit better on the defensive glass.  Also, things went a little out of whack when Luke entered the game.  He struggles mightily defensively.  TBT Warriors up by 6.  Is that Elgin Cook or Elgin Baylor?

We've gotta figure out how to secure the defensive glass.  Killing us and will be hard to overcome.  They have 10+ offensive rebs.

Offensive rebounds are the only reason this game isn’t a blowout. Not sure why they have Cook chasing around the ball handler while Buycks/Diener/Derrick are trying to bang in the post defensively.

TBT Warriors up 39-32.    We're doing damage from distance and moving thr rock well offensively.  Terrific half in particular for Buckys.  On the flipside we are getting punished a bit inside and especially on the glass.  Solid half, just need to keep up the efficiency on offense.  And rebound with a bit more tenacity.

Good point.  We need to axe some of the auto-switching.
