Finally.  Better late than never.  We weren't going anywhere with him.  It wasn't going to get any better, he wasn't magically going to figure it out in year 8.  Now with the band aid ripped off, we can move on to finding the person that we'll take us where we think we should go.  This may not be the next person but we know for sure Wojo wasn't that person either.  Glad they finally realized this.
