twitter is trash. Parler tbd...but should be void of censorship, however...just like Scoop. Scoop is NEEDED. Scoop is required. We may hammer on each other at times, but even a little hate is ok. We all love MU hoops and are disgusted by the direction the program is going. Scoop is a lifeline. Long live Scoop.

Why's Twitter trash?

For grins and giggles it would be fun to read posts and topics from MUSCOOPS inception days during the Crean years.
To see how MUSCOOP has evolved, advanced or regressed.

Start here and work backwards.

Done it.   Entertaining.

Didn't realize Scoop was just starting up when Beasley ruined our NCAA Tourney seed.

Apparently there's a greater power than Topper, Rocky, SoCal and Spiral? Or maybe MUScoop has been sentient all along?

Thanks ;D  Was gonna' wait, but things were going so smoothly, I had to get the word out earlier.

Its certainly a much less pleasant place to visit the past year or two, based both on the political polarization of the world in general and the lack of success by the basketball team.  I come here and read and comment much less than I used to for those reasons.  It'll get better if the team gets better, I suspect.

Also, it seems to me there is less commenting after a bad loss than there used to be, though I having nothing scientific to back that up.  I think there is a growing sense of apathy, which is not good.

There is less commenting after wins.   There is a great deal of commenting after losses.

Delicious losses and their voluminous page views.  Have you seen Rocky's boat?  It's a beaut.

As someone who lurks but almost never posts, please keep this board going as long as possible. I absolutely live for the toxic threads on here. The sh*tshow that ensues after a bad loss helps me cope and is nice for a good laugh the next morning.

I was just thinking that one thing we need more of here is more kvetching after losses.
