The charges filed Tuesday stem from Ryan Ayers' relationships with two women over a four-year span in which he allegedly recorded them naked or while having sex without their consent.

can we get some clarification on that part of the crime?

Given the charges, I suspect the sex was consensual but he recorded it without the women's consent using a hidden camera. If the sex was allegedly nonconsensual, there would likely be sexual assault charges as well.

The way it written left it vague as to whether he was secretly taking the women were having sex with him or if he was peeping while they had sex with one another (which could lead to additional charges).
