If this decision stands will have quite the snowball affect across the country.  Will their be reimbursement for this who quit their job and relocated because of a mandate in place? 

Will private sector employers be on the hook to bring back terminated employees and forced to provide back pay?

Well for one thing, that is New  York’s trial level court, not their highest court, and isn’t precedent for anything, and it is being appealed.
