SHU on some of the handoffs have taken those same 3 steps.

Mamu lowered his shoulder on the last 3. But Dawson didn't go down. And if Dawson had gone down, they wouldn't have called it because Dawson shouldn't go down that easily.

This. Refs letting Hall do whatever they want, but calling it super tight on MU when they need a big play.
