Sloppy ball handling all year so far.  Need to value the ball.   We cannot let SH control the tempo.  Buckle down.  No more turnovers!  Gooooo Marquette!!

We are our own momentum killer.

These are absolute grade school TO's every time we start looking like momentum is shifting. Just somehow some way stop doing this....we can win this.

Just an absolutely awful final 4 possesions after getting it to 4 with the ball.

Hall letting us hang around though. Lets make them pay

can't say anyone played well, but only down 6. That is the only positive

I've come to expect Wojo teams to turn the ball over with alarming regularity, but this is ridiculous.

They are overplaying every passing lane. Multiple opportunities for back door cuts and we haven’t done it once.

Down 6 after that mess? Doable.
If you think for one second that I am comparing the USA to China you have bumped your hard.

So I assume 4ever has tuned the game off by now expecting the usual loss to SHU?

Down four and Theo throws a brick hook.
Still down four and Theo just gives it to Mamu.
Down six with last shot, not a good one.

Those possessions stunk......could have gave MU huge momentum, but did not.  Wojo not happy was going nuclear on sidelines.

This team always scraps at least and the D clamped down after the mid half breakdowns.

Being down 6 with basically 0 outside shooting and what feels like 35 TO's makes this doable.

But Mamu hasnt really gotten going yet either. His PTs have been off our terrible TOs

Theo John has huge arms but needs to work on his hand strength holding onto the ball.

I had concerns about DJ's handle even against the 'cakes. He's going to have to work on it.
He should have sensed dribbling into the double-team. I know, he's only played in enough games to probably still be a frosh.

In there Theo also completely botched a loose ball/O rebound but SHU luckily chucked it out of bounds right after.

Coulda been down 16 at half. So gotta spin that into a positive in the locker room.

Yes, it’s been a major problem his whole career. The ball gets knocked out of his hands way too easily.

Is it hand strength or concentration? He’s been doing this for 4 years now.
