Good profile on Jose Perez . Mr. Dodds blender of Jose is a pretty big mix of players .

Wow - I knew Dodds loves his 'blender' concept, but I had no idea he would puree 4 players at a time.

Anyhow, if he is anything close to Eford or Hayward, we have a GREAT player. If he's anything close to Chapman or Lockett, we have a VERY GOOD one.

Dodds' blender is the most useless, lazy "tool" out there.

Worse than the Crystal Bowel? ;)

Holy hell all time

I think Dodds would find a way to make a blender of Steve Nash, Steph Curry, Travis Diener, and Damion Lillard if he was making one for me. Dodds's blenders seem to horribly malfunction somewhere along the way quite often.

I'm waiting to see one that blends Wes Unseld, Muggsy Bogues, Manute Bol and Rob Frozena....

Goal is National Championship

Is Jose a part of the future? After getting eligibility he played only a few minutes and scored a lay-up. Hasn't been seen since.

He was expected to redshirt this season. Anything he gives us is icing.

Where is Osa?

Probably somewhere on the Marquette University campus.  Not sure I could make a great guess on where, though.  I think the freshman might live in the newer dorm on like 17th and Wisconsin?  So maybe there.

I believe since this is a wash of a year (as he gets the full 2 years of eligibility after), he's just off redshirt for insurance purposes.

Gotcha. Makes sense now. I was thinking he would only get one year after this. Thanks.

bilsu

He is a very good 11th player. A player who could actually help if needed. I do not know what he will contribute game wise in his MU career, but we need to recognize having a solid player for practice and emergencies is a valuable part of the team.

Prob with Sacar

This is doubly good because I'm pretty sure Earl was the one who originally asked where Sacar was

Where is Osa?

At the bottom of the roster with Perez.

We don't have the cupcakes this years for them to get minutes. The rotation is only going to be 7-8 in BE play. Osa and Perez will not be a part of it this year.

Stretchdeltsig

Thought Osa was a good recruit? Is he really that low in the depth chart that he won't play?

Yes, and yes

tower912

Oso is a good recruit.   He is 6'9, skinny, and Garcia and Lewis are better right now.  Whose minutes would you like him to take?

Osa is a good recruit but most reports on him consistently said that he was raw. He has the length, the height, quickness, and athleticism to be a very good player, but the basketball skills were pretty far behind. We'll see how the staff develops him.

I think in a normal year, we would have redshirted him.

Yep. The only way he was likely to get many minutes was if Justin or Dawson weren't ready for prime time. They clearly are, so he's basically injury insurance.
