Ed Cooley's team started 6-6 & everyone thought there was something wrong in Friartown. Then he slowed the pace and by February had them playing better than anyone in the country.

I'll say it louder for those in the back: FROM FEBRUARY 14 TO THE END OF LAST SEASON PROVIDENCE WAS THE #1 TEAM IN THE COUNTRY ACCORDING TO T-RANK!

So what's next for Providence? Here's the Cracked Sidewalks look at this year's Friars:

I enjoy the spirited rivalry with Providence over the years. Cooley is a dynamic and fun coach and our teams seem to play very hard against the Friars.

I expect both games with Providence to go down to the last shot.
