Good stuff.  Fairly predictable, but touched all the bases.  Wants to coach players who want to be at MU.  Sings the praises of the new guys and lauds the improvement of Bailey and Anim.   Promotes Markus for POY and calls it negligence if someone omits Markus from their POY list.
