If any one of the 5 guys on the floor didnt have immediate foul as their only concern that is a fault of coaching.  Nobody made any effort to foul.  They were trying to play good stand up defense which was wrong

What people should be mad at is not using a TO in Regulation and First OT.  Good coaches want to do coaching on those situations instead of having their players falter.
