It looked like one of my golf buddies.   I have seen him snap 15 clubs over the years.

Was there an easier call than Rickie ejecting himself yesterday?

It’s getting kinda sad, but he’s got Alison and an unbelievable amount of money.

This morning on the Golf Channel, Trevor Immelman complimented the caddie for having the next club instantly ready for the smooth transition .

The caddy having the next wedge ready for him to go in half a second was great....like he has seen this before .

Y'all just wait ...

When Tiger gets going on his epic comeback, the 26 guys in front of him -- including most of the best golfers in the world -- will wilt as the master imposes his will on them.

Then, after Tiger wins this, he will go on to capture titles at every major he enters until he's 55 years old. That year, he'll only win 3 of the 4 -- his first "slump" in a dozen years.

Tiger needs to post 63 early which could possibly get him into a playoff . Johnny Miller did it in 73 so it’s possible.Absent that I think he is out of it as there are too many quality  people in front of him.

Tiger just needs to post the best score of the weekend by 2 strokes, have the 2 leaders drop 2-3 strokes, and not of the guys at -7 to play well. Easy peasy.

Like I’ve said before, Fowler is Phil 2.0. He’s still young by golf standards. He’s too good to not put together a good Sat-Sun at a major one of these years

Or he could go +2 on the front 9 and say, "See you in Ireland."

Obviously he'll win there, and everywhere else he plays for the next 10 years. For he is Tiger and the rest of the golfers obviously are scared to death of him.

I do think that of the majors going forward, he has the best chance at The Open just because the courses tend to play shorter and links golf may be better suited for him at this point in the career.

Now with that being said, he probably wont win but of all the majors thats probably the best bet.

Better bet than the Masters? I think he won it 2 short months ago.

So Tiger shot 69 . I guess it is on to the Open championship for him.

In the meantime, this is a very good US Open. Was too bad Adam Scott just hit one OB . He looked in position position to post a low score.

Woodland is a good guy and seems to be hanging in there so far. Lots of quality guys in the mix though.  Will be fun to see how they all navigate the back nine.

Perhaps, but after the Masters there actually was (ridiculous) talk of him winning the effen grand slam because of how much he knows and loves Bethpage and Pebble.

The other golfers are better than him, younger than him, healthier than him, just as hungry as him and not the least bit intimidated by him.

That all makes his Masters win all the more impressive, but I think it's silly for folks to actually expect him to beat the field in these events. (Not saying that's you, Chitown.)

Woodland went Washburn Univ on a basketball scholarship.  After a year he transferred to Kansas on a golf scholarship.  Rock Chalk Jayhawk.

In non fashion news, Fox >>>>>> CBS golf coverage.  I mean wow.  They do such a better job

FOX/FS1 has really improved it's golf coverage from year one. Pretty neat, how FOX brought in Jonny Miller & Kim Nantz in for an interview.

Fox has learned from their early mistakes.  CBS is better and I am a sucker for Feherty.

Lost in the exciting Woodland/Koepka battle was Tiger's amazing finish. He was 4 over Sunday through the first 6 holes (the "easy" part of the course), 6 under on the final 12. Remarkable.
