Didn't see this posted elsewhere, sorry if it has already been reported:

Michael Kennedy, a "multisport standout" (basketball and golf) from Homestead High School will be a men's basketball walk-on next season.  Apparently Kennedy was approached by Joe Chapman last fall about the possibility, but Kennedy initially declined.  He later reconsidered after speaking with coach Wojo and fellow Homestead grad Cam Marotta.

Interesting trivia - Kennedy's brother Tommy is a team manager for Villanova.

We appreciate Michael Kennedy's time and effort to make the team better.

Not sure how I feel about having a Kennedy on the team as Wojo drives the program off a bridge.

These are the type of comments that make my head explode.

Political statements are tired and unnecessary.

However, this is comical regardless of your affiliation. I appreciate the wit.

Almost worth wading through the personal snipes when you get a quip like that.

To piggyback...how does this affect our recruiting of Jalen Bridges?

My post was a JFK reference.  Perhaps a poor attempt at one.

Perhaps you should have gone with, "Ich bin ein Marquetter."

I think it was Ted Kennedy who went off the bridge we Mary Jo Kopechne.

Yes Ted went off the bridge.

I was expanding on the Kennedy reference by bringing up JFK's head exploding.

Wha...Wha....Wow!

Still too soon to go there.  At least that way.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

On topic, it's great to see MU getting a second walk-on at 6'6" or better, rather than the typical 6' guard.

You buy that story?

Long story short, JFK wasn't assassinated.  Story's way too long, but here's a hint: look into who "Zapruder" is, and more importantly who is father was.
