Looking good Warriors. Let's do this.

T-Bone

I'm like a turtle, sometimes I get run over by a semi.

NickelDimer

No Finish Line

forgetful

Did Diarra just come in and then immediately foul Howard 25 feet from the rim?  3 on him.

Mildly optimistic.  Predictions.

Bailey in double figures again, going for 12 and 7, but Howard puts up 25 to be SOTG.

Should have said 25 in the first half.

We played so much better when Matty was on the floor down the stretch.

He set some great screens.

NickelDimer

I just love that so much of the success of that half was about hustle and defense not just scoring at a high rate. That's a great sign from this team

Still perplexing why he's not playing more. I understand offensively he's not a threat, but Matt's always been a guy that plays smart. Feel like he's deserving of more minutes. Maybe if we win this game and he's making an impact it will lead to more time.

I thought he played great against Kansas and has been solid all year.  Great kid, great attitude.
"I hate everything about this job except the games, Everything. I don't even get affected anymore by the winning, by the ratings, those things. The trouble is, it will sound like an excuse because we've never won the national championship, but winning just isn't all that important to me." Al McGuire

Tight whistle definitely works to MU's favor..deeper team.  Looking forward to the second half.  Was a GREAT first half.  Markus in the zone...will need someone else to step up...as anticipate they will make every effort to take him away.

On offense yes. We gave up a ton of open shots because of his slow rotations

10 turnovers, five missed free throws and up pretty good.  Took advantage of Sneed not playing last 13 minutes, Brown last 8 minutes.  KSU has big time fouls issues.

Must cut down on turnovers, a must.

Believe Sam scoreless, but Sacar made up his points.  Sacar attempting a layup from free throw line, just like Mike.....

Hope Wojo has barf bag, he looks like he will need one.

Our shooting percentage is going to go down so we need to cut back on the turnovers and continue to defend

Otule's Glass Eye

Can't really ask for a better start, good Markus is doing Markus things. When he's in the zone he can score better than anybody in the country. Now the second half is where Wojo needs to be able to handle any adjustments K State makes. I'm expecting K State to make this a game, prove me wrong Wojo.

Anim basically hasn't improved one bit since he stepped on campus.
This aged poorly.

Markus with 26 points on 7 shots.

I don't know all the efficiency stats, but I suspect that's pretty good....

RushmoreAcademy

Keep up on the defensive end and we should be good. Great half.

mileskishnish72

Today makes me happy that I suppressed on multiple occasions the desire to post that I would be happy if Sacar didn't take a shot for the rest of the year. The windup on the 3 was scary but good work by number 2.

The storm is coming.  Cowboy Up.

Here's my thoughts on Matty. He played D without fouling and perhaps more importantly his high screens to help initiate the offense were effective and allowed things to actually happen.  His value is in making Markus' job easier.

If we allow a 22 point run by K-State...yeah!

Agreed.  They are going to come out aggressive, and because of the first half the refs are likely to swallow their whistles.

Might want to put some extra armor on.
