If it happened here and I had first hand knowledge, I would turn them in without a second thought. It brings shame to us all.

People do stupid crap all the time. Firefighters are not exempt. These two should be fired.

Interestingly, Akron has an anti fraternization policy and these two have engaged in a long term relationship. I would keep their secret if I knew about it. That is a silly, arbitrary rule.
Making porn in a fire station is just unforgivably stupid. So, no sympathy.

good on ya tower if you can push back, but to be perfectly honest, these types of people are more than crazy and unfortunately, make one triple check your O2 tank before ya go into battle.

Nope. I would trust these two with my life at an incident. I am nearly positive they compartmentalized what they were doing and it in no way impacted their job related performance. Very few firefighters would knowingly do something to harm another at a scene. There are some, but it is extremely rare and as such becomes news when it happens. Even mortal enemies function well together after the tones go off.

Nobody's asked the question how this was discovered? I mean I imagine whoever found it was looking for a very specific genre of porn...something like Akron firefighter handles hose likely doesn't come up with a vague search.

The toughest part about pulling a stunt like that is keeping the secret. They told somebody who told somebody who told somebody until the wrong person heard about it. Once again, social media and the internet trip up the stupid.

We had a guy record a music video in the firehouse. Did it overnight when everyone else was sleeping. It was a small local artist with the help of one of the guys in the firehouse (who all's appeared in the video). Once someone found it and posted to Facebook, it spread like wildfire.
